The same kitchen. The same sleep. The same phone. The insight was real and the conditions undid it.
Here, we change the conditions. What you eat, when you sleep, what light you wake to, what is asked of you and what is not — all of it is part of the work rather than the interruption of it.
This is the only structure in which both halves of the loop can be worked at full strength, at the same time.
